When desoldering is done properly, direct rewelding of BGA is possible without the need for reballing.
No need to buy other nozzles since the welding nozzle can be used for all purposes.
Adjustable preheating surface temperature that prevents PCB distortion.
Reworking is as easy as placing the BGA onto prefluxed pads, align and finally reflow.
